General Information
This two day training course goes beyond
ensuring users of the Belbin Team Role profiling model are fully competent and
achieve the required standards to become Belbin accredited. It provides participants with
the knowledge and skills required to use the latest Belbin methodology to
bring about tangible improvements in individual, team and
organisation performance.
The course is conducted by Barrie Watson, who
as a member of Belbin Associates works
closely with Dr Belbin and has helped numerous organisations around the world bring
about tangible performance improvements by applying the Belbin philosophy and technology.
Over the two days the topics described below are
addressed by providing participants with hands-on experience in using the Belbin model and
the Interplace software.
To ensure each participant receives a high level of
personal attention and is able to access the vast experience of the tutor the course is
limited to eight people. As a result, over 90% of participants attending this
training course
receive the Belbin Certificate of Accreditation signed by Dr Meredith Belbin and go on to
replicate the successful achievements of the course tutor.
Costs
The course fee is 895 GB Pounds per
delegate, plus VAT. (This includes the provision of a comprehensive Belbin
personal profile for each participant and the accreditation test fee.)
We will be pleased to quote a special
rate and design an in-company course for organisations having six or more
delegates.
Contact us for more information or
to discuss arranging an in-company course, inside or outside the UK.
