focused approach
Over the last 18
years we have developed a well proven five stage approach to ensure our contribution
consistently delivers pre-agreed outcomes for our clients:
Stage 1. Obtaining
a brief from clients about the problem that needs to be remedied, the improvement being
sought or other measurable outcome. During this preliminary stage we also
familiarise ourselves with the organisation and obtain details of any relevant contextual
influence.
Stage 2. The
preliminary stage is followed by us presenting a proposal outlining our recommendations
and setting out the timescale and costs.
Stage 3.
Once our recommendations have been discussed and any amendments agree we set about
designing the programme.
Stage 4. The
conduct of any training, development or coaching is then undertaken by consultants who
have the relevant experience and knowledge. (Note that where it is appropriate we
will train internal trainers, facilitators or coaches and arrange a hand-over to them.
This is usually more cost-effective where there is a large target population.)
Stage 5. The final
step involves evaluating the effectiveness of our contribution against the pre-agreed
outcomes and providing any further support required to ensure the initial momentum is not
lost.
